Neil MacGregor OM at Wolfson College, Oxford (Arts & Heritage)

In his first major speech since announcing his retirement from the British Museum at the end of 2015, Neil MacGregor spoke about the importance of British museums and galleries and their contribution to cultural life in the UK. The lecture took place in the recently opened Leonard Wolfson Auditorium at Wolfson College, Oxford. The College’s name reflects major funding from the Foundation in the late 1960s/early 1970s.
