Mental ill health is a tremendous burden on the nation’s health and economy and yet in the UK there has historically been relatively little funding allocated to research in this area. We are therefore delighted to announce the launch of our mental health initiative with £10 million to support outstanding research. The Initiative has a particular emphasis on anxiety, depression and adolescent mental health.
